Your assessor will help you choose the most relevant units based on what you actually do on site.

There are no academic entry requirements to enrol on this Level 4 construction site supervisor course, but you do need to be working in a supervisory role already.

To complete the qualification, you’ll need to be able to show that your role includes the following:

  • You must be supervising work on site.
  • You must be able to provide real workplace evidence.
  • You must have responsibility for people, planning, or site activities.

This qualification is not suitable if you’re new to supervision. It’s designed for experienced workers who are already carrying out supervisory duties.

This course is designed to fit around full-time site work, with flexible assessment and no disruption to your job.

  • Assessment takes place on site.

  • You work at a pace that fits around your job.
  • Your assessor works with you to keep progress realistic and manageable.
Your assessment is based on the work you already do on site. There are no exams, no classroom tasks, and no scenarios that don’t reflect real site conditions.

Evidence is gathered over time as you carry out your normal duties as a construction site supervisor. This allows you to demonstrate competence in a realistic and manageable way, without disrupting your role.
